Shipping
On average, shipping times in the U.S and Canada range from 2 to 7 business days. However, exact shipping times may vary depending on your location. During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year), orders may experience an additional delay of 5-7 Business Days from UPS/FedEx/Canada Post due to the high volume of orders. Similarly, during Long Weekends, orders may take an extra 1-2 Business Days for delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for misdelivered or rejected packages due to partial or incomplete addresses. The customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees associated with rejected, non-delivered, or miss-delivered packages.
At this time, we only ship to the U.S and Canada.
There are no duties or import fees charged for orders shipped to Canada or the United States of America.
Orders
Once the order has been placed and the payment has been confirmed, the order can not be changed or cancelled. The team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.
Once your order is confirmed, we strive to dispatch it promptly. Please be aware that changes to the delivery address cannot be made after confirmation. If necessary, you can make this request directly through the shipping carrier's website.
Any packages returned to us due to non-acceptance upon delivery, incorrect address, or failure to pick up will be refunded, minus all shipping costs (both ways).
All orders include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor their status and ensure a seamless delivery process.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 21 days of purchase, provided that items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted. Items on Clearance, and those marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the package, although often sooner. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return postage costs are at the customers’ expense. Hey Graece does not cover the cost of return shipping or provide return shipment labels.
We encourage you to return your parcel via
prepaid registered/traceable postal services. All returned
parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Hey Graece.
