All shipments from Hey Graece come with tracking included. Upon shipment, you'll be sent the tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. If you're having difficulty locating the tracking details, please ensure to check your Junk/Spam folder.

once your order is placed, modifications to items or delivery addresses

If your order hasn't shipped when we receive your email, we may be able
to accommodate changes. To update your delivery address, please reach
out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number, as they may be
able to assist you.
